Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set forth the conditions for using the illustration services provided by Yuuki Shiroyama (hereinafter referred to as "the Artist").
By submitting an inquiry or placing an order, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 1 (Scope of Services)

The Artist provides illustration services including, but not limited to, character illustrations, key visuals, VTuber-related illustrations, and illustrations for games and merchandise.

Article 2 (Commission Process)

​

1. Submit your request via the contact form or email

2. The Artist will review the details and provide a quotation

3. Upon confirmation, rough sketch production will begin

4. Review and revision of the rough sketch

5. Final illustration production

6. Final confirmation and delivery

 

Article 3 (Payment Terms)

​

• As a general rule, payment is required after the rough sketch has been approved.

• For corporate clients with payment terms such as "end-of-next-month payment," please consult in advance.

• Bank transfer fees shall be borne by the client.

 

Article 4 (Cancellations)

​

• Cancellations after the start of rough sketch production may incur a cancellation fee depending on the progress of the work.

• Cancellations after the start of final illustration production are not accepted.

 

Article 5 (Copyright)

​

• Unless otherwise agreed in advance, the copyright of the delivered artwork shall belong to the Artist.

• The client shall obtain usage rights in accordance with the contract.

• If a transfer of copyright is required, please consult in advance.

 

Article 6 (Portfolio Use)

​

• The Artist may publish the commissioned work on this website, social media, or in portfolios as part of work samples.

• If you wish the work to remain private, please inform the Artist in advance.

 

Article 7 (Disclaimer)

​

• The Artist shall not be held responsible for any damages or troubles arising from the use of the delivered artwork.

​

Article 8 (Amendment of Terms)

​

• These Terms may be revised without prior notice.
