Silent auction rules

Please inform the staff at the designated space that you wish to bid. Write your desired bid amount on the bid ticket and keep the stub safe. The number written on the ticket is your bid number.
At 2 PM, scan the QR code to check if you have won the auction. If you have won, please come to the space within 15 minutes. (ka08ab) Please present your ticket stub to receive your item.
If you are unable to come, the right to win the auction will be passed on to the next person. Please arrive within 15 minutes.
If there are multiple highest bids at the same price, the winner will be determined on a first-come, first-served basis.
We only accept cash payments for signed artwork.
