Please read the following terms carefully before submitting a commission request.
By submitting a commission request, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

◆ Use of Artwork

The following restrictions apply to all commissioned artwork, including delivered artwork, work-in-progress sketches, drafts, design proposals, and other materials created during the commission.

The following uses are prohibited:

• Transferring, selling, or redistributing the artwork to any third party without permission.

• Using the artwork beyond the purpose or scope agreed upon in advance.

• Using the artwork for AI training, machine learning, or similar purposes.

• Sharing, providing, or uploading the artwork to third parties or AI services without permission, including for the purpose of obtaining opinions, critiques, edits, modification suggestions, or other advice.

• Tracing the artwork and publishing or using the result as if it were your own work.

• Making substantial modifications or alterations to the artwork.

• Using the artwork for purposes that violate public order and morality, or for specific religious, ideological, or political activities.

• Any other use that infringes copyright or other applicable rights.

◆ Fees, Changes, and Delivery

• Significant changes to the specifications, composition, or design after production has begun, as well as revisions that require returning to an earlier stage of the production process, may incur additional fees and/or extend the delivery deadline.

• Additional work or revisions not included in the original commission may incur additional fees.

• If you cancel the commission after it has been confirmed, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the progress of the work.

• The delivery date may change depending on delays in communication, confirmation, or revision requests.

◆ Copyright and Usage Rights

• Copyright in the commissioned artwork is not transferred to the client in principle. Please contact me in advance if you wish to request a copyright transfer.

• Please contact me if you wish to use the artwork for a purpose different from the originally agreed-upon use.

◆ Portfolio and Promotional Use

• I may display commissioned artwork on social media, my portfolio, website, or other platforms as examples of my work.

• If you require the artwork to remain private or wish to specify when it may be publicly displayed, please let me know when making your commission request.

◆ Other

• If separate terms have been agreed upon in an individual contract or order, those terms will take precedence.

• Any matters not covered by these terms will be determined through mutual discussion between both parties.
